Since the inception of this organization in 1998, Alpha Beta Sigma Sorority,
Incorporated has been and will remain a non-hazing organization. Alpha Beta Sigma Sorority, Incorporated is governed
by the Anti-hazing policie set forth by the National Executive Board, the Official Hazing Policies of the sorority, the state
of incorporation-Delaware, the states which house our chapters and colonies, and the institutions which house our chapters
and colonies.
Any action which directly violates any of the aforementioned or the Enlightenment
process are considered acts of hazing by Alpha Beta Sigma Sorority, Incorporated. Those found in violation of said policies
and regulations will be subject to sanctions.
HAZING is further defined as:
- PHYSICAL
Beating, kicking, pushing,consumption of alcohol, use of drugs,
forcing the use of alcohol, drugs
- EMOTIONAL/PSYCHOLOGICAL
Any act which is deemed morally degrading, illegal,
or considered an indecent activity, or any type of activity that may be in violation of legal statutes or policies of the
colleges or universities.
Alpha Beta Sigma Sorority, Incorporated is governed by its National Board,
within the regulations of its state of incorporation, its states and institutions of occupancy.
