Alpha Beta Sigma Sorority, Incorporated is always looking for Unique and Talented Women interested in joining our beloved Sorority.

Dear potential member

Alpha Beta Sigma Sorority, Incorporated is a non-hazing organization formed for the purpose of uplifting women of Afrikan, Caribbean and Latina decent. Membership in our sisterhood is a privilege that comes with traditions, values, individual responsibilities, and a life long commitment.

Our founding mothers represent several countries in the Caribbean, South America, Central America, and Africa, therefore culture is deeply rooted in the building blocks of this organization. As this sorority expands we feel it is our duty to promote our expanding and diverse cultures by sharing it with others in our communities and on our college campuses. With that said, we welcome women with a great pride in their Afrikan, Caribbean, and Latina backgrounds.

As Alpha Beta Sigma grows and works to carry out its founding principles we insist on and look forward to fresh and exceptionally innovative ideas from our members that will aid us in reaching our communities and peers. A proactive approach in the growth and public duties of this organization is greatly encouraged. Alpha Beta Sigma is a young and growing organization which was built on leadership and continues to attract women of the like. As a sorority we strive to achieve the greatest potential from each of our members, utilizing individual talents and skills. Within each chapter, members may assume a variety of leadership roles ranging from committee chair to executive board positions. We provide opportunities for women who will become respected professionals, social advocates and community leaders after graduation.

If you aspire to become a member of Alpha Beta Sigma Sorority Incorporated and share our desire to bring about a union between women of color through enlightenment and service within the community we look forward to hearing from you.
